Paul is our president, chief executive officer, ESOP administrator, and member of our board of directors. Paul oversees all functions of the business including sales & marketing, production, our overseas production operations in India, finance, accounting, and HR. Paul has been the driving force behind the development of our Client Portal, as well as the launches of the Education Services division and Westchester Publishing Services UK.

Prior to joining Westchester in 2014, Paul held positions including CEO and CFO at private equity-owned educational publishing holding company, Haights Cross Communications (HCC) for 14 years. While at HCC, Paul led the acquisition of 15 businesses valued at approximately $450 million, oversaw the integration of those businesses into 5 business units, and completed public and private debt financings in excess of $600 million. Before joining HCC, Paul was CFO of Dun & Bradstreet International for 6 years, responsible for operations, IT, finance, and HR for businesses across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Canada. Paul also held various positions in corporate finance with Dun & Bradstreet and started his career with Arthur Young, now Ernst & Young.
